Refund Policy
We believe in the value of what we create and we want you to feel good about every purchase. Here's exactly how we handle refunds — no fine print, no runaround.
All sales are final on digital products. Because our guides, quizzes, and educational content are delivered instantly and digitally, we are not able to offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the content has been delivered. This is standard practice for digital goods.
Why We Have This Policy
Digital products — PDFs, quiz access, and downloadable guides — are delivered the moment payment is confirmed. Unlike physical goods, they cannot be returned. Once you've received access to the content, that transaction is complete.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of the work and the platform. We put real time, research, and care into everything we create here. We ask that you read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you're getting.
Exceptions — When We Will Help
We are not unreasonable. If any of the following apply, please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same product
- Technical delivery failure — you paid but never received access to your product and we cannot resolve it
- Wrong product delivered — you received something different from what you purchased
In any of these cases, contact us at the contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
What We Do Not Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with results from a quiz or guide when the content was accurately described
- Purchases made by mistake where the product description was clear
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
Bundle Products
The Burn Beacon Bundle includes both the Burn Beacon Analysis quiz access and the Burn Beacon Guide PDF. Because both components are delivered digitally upon purchase, the same no-refund policy applies to the bundle as a whole.
